LiveWell Financial will provide you with a list of free, independent counselors in your area. Schedule a meeting with the counselor of your choice. Most conduct sessions by phone. This counselor will talk to you objectively about reverse mortgages and make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

3.Once we receive your signed application and counseling certificate, Live Well Financial will contact an appraiser and termite inspector in your area. They will complete an assessment of your home and determine your home's value, at no out-of-pocket expense to you

4.The settlement agent will contact you to schedule a closing date and time. For your convenience, closings may be conducted in your home. At this meeting you will sign all required documents and the loan process will be complete.
